Being France the underground car park is perfumed to obscure any indelicate odours. A sign telling us that the perfume used is named after the company that manages the car park. Eau de Vinci.
The two cows across the lane enjoying the balmy sunshine. Today we are heading off on a long drive to visit a kennels and two four week old Polish Lowland puppies . Some doubts about the breeder although the website looks ok. For the moment we'll refer to the two brothers as Squiff and Squee. They'll be ready to leave their mother in a month or five weeks. Ideal timing for when we get back from California.
More on Squiff and Squee tomorrow.
Best of luck ANGUS........hoping the two puppy boys are everything that you and the FONT are wishing for. Fingers crossed......from the Westcoast of
ReplyDeleteCanada! EDENA (Our Scottish Terrier loved hearing all about the Westie
Convention in Toulouse!)
How would you feel if you were named Squiff and your brother Squee? Even if only temporarily. I fear this bodes ill for the sibling relationship...
ReplyDeleteLove the story about the Toulouse sausage deprived Westie.
Cheers, Gail.
Looking forward to your report on Squiff and Squee!
ReplyDeleteHow funny...the westie wanting the sausage.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to see the boys...but hopefully, they'll inspire some other names.

Puppy brothers, contented cows, and sunshine all make me feel good inside. Hope everything goes well.
ReplyDeleteWe could probably use some of that underground carpark eau de parfum here in some of our public garages. The French think of everything.
Of course if you are a Seinfeld fan, there is an episode where Jerry is picked up for urinating in a mall parking garage....hilarious.
Hopeful and good thoughts coming your way for Squiff and Squee!
ReplyDeleteBut perfume for the car park and a named one at that??!! The French really do think of everything! :-)
Bonne chance!
ReplyDeleteI have a big :) on my face about the good news that two fur balls just might be coming to your house and showing up on this blog each day after your trip. Hope all goes well when you see them.
ReplyDeleteWha-? More tomorrow? You're killing me here! I hope that you have fun meeting the puppies and the breeder turns out to be one of the good sort. :)
ReplyDeleteFingers, toes and paws.
ReplyDeleteAll crossed.
