As a Texan, I will add this...if you're driving from Houston to Los Angeles, Marfa/El Paso is half way. And, the Chamber of Commerce indicates there will soon be a new Prada shop opening. :)'s
I would never have thought this about Marfa, TX mostly because I have never HEARD of Marfa, TX. It sounds like a little 3 year old named the town after her big sister Martha.
